Please go to help page for the billing company you used to join the site. Both are very easy to use. Complete the simple "Purchase/Cancelation Finder" or "Search/Canel Subscription" form for your billing company to find your password, get details on your membership purchase, or to cancel your membership:

through your billing company.

We cannot cancel the membership on your behalf, so please don't email us with such a request. CCbill.com or Epoch.com will help you with any cancellation questions. They are very responsive and helpful. After cancellation, your membership will remain active until the end of your current month of service, then your username and password will become inactive.

Technical Issues or Access Problems?
Can't get your username/password to work? Getting a "blocked access" message? Can't download or play videos?

STEP 1: See the technical requirements page for easy-to-understand, simple solutions to 99% of these problems. Doing this is a lot easier and faster than emailing us.

STEP 2: Contact Customer Service at your billing company. They are open 24-7 and are friendly and helpful, especially for password issues.

STEP 3: If you still have a problem, email us by clicking the feedback link below. Please be aware that 99% of the time, the problem is user error (that's you!), such as using capital letters in your password when you created one without caps, or needing to download a new version of QuickTime.
